I’d like to tell you a story…

Once upon a time there was a little girl called Hien. She lived with her mother and father in a country called Vietnam. Now one day her mother and father decided they didn’t want their little girl any more. This was maybe because the little girl was sick, she had a sickness called ‘Hepatitis C’ and so mummy and daddy left their little girl in an orphanage and left the country to go and live in America.

The little girl was sad. Also because she was sick and her mummy and daddy hadn’t given her enough food the orphanage people sent her to live at a ‘social and medical centre’ for kids who need a bit of extra love and care. While she was there some nice people talked to the orphanage people and asked whether they could be the little girl’s new mummy and daddy.

The orphanage people said yes and so the little girl was very happy because she now had a new home and a new family to look after her. And they all lived happily ever after.

Happy Ever After
